Yesterday, in church, we talked about leaning on each other, sharing our sorrows, asking for help when we need it and accepting that assistance when it is offered. We sang, as a congreation, James Taylor’s You’ve Got a Friend.
Today, friends that we have not ever met were shocked, hurt, maimed and even killed by bombs at the Boston Marathon. Our hearts break for the injured and for the families mainly because we are all of the human race and even though we haven’t met these people, we share their shock, their horror, their sadness in this terrible incident.
There are no words.
