Review from Washington, DC, reader

A creative and artistic friend from Washington, DC, sent me this wonderful compliment about Scent of the Wild.

Your apt use of language, all those descriptive adjectives, your ability to create people on the page that I cared about, to make me think about how the inadequacies of my own upbringing has hindered me and not let me move on, all the telling details that brought the people to life– that scene when he puts his hand backwards to pull off his shirt–, I thought how could a woman come up with a scene so masculine. Your talent blows my mind.

What writer wouldn’t be thrilled – as I am.  Thank you, DP.
